Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute bread flour for all-purpose flour.

    I flipped the proportions of all-purpose and (white) whole wheat flour which could have contributed to this recipe not turning out so great. It was tasty, but seemed more like flatbread than pizza since the crust didn't rise very well and got very crunchy around the edges. Might try it again as written.
