    This is a quick and easy cake to make. Mine sunk a little in the middle, maybe because I had to make my own self-raising flour and the flour/leavening ratio was a little off? Nice with fresh raspberries!

    I used large eggs even though she says medium. And I used frozen raspberries, which was a bit tricky as I had to drain a lot of water after defrosting. But the cake was really nice, it was a little wet the first day, I think from the frozen raspberries but the cake absorbed the wetness after a day and was much better the following day. I'd try this again with fresh raspberries.
