Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    White-fleshed Murasaki sweet potatoes made for a very stodgy oatmeal that tasted good but looked like a thick, brown lentil soup and the oats were chalky. Maybe it was too thick? next time I would use moister, orange-fleshed sweet potatoes and not add them until the oats are cooked, and probably add more liquid.
