    Best carrot cake in the world. Have made over well over ten times super moist and light soft and fluffy.

    The cake itself was nice but there is a big mistake with the icing!! The amount should be the other way round; 200g cream cheese and 100g icing sugar instead of 100g cream cheese and 200g icing sugar. The frosting ended up being super runny and tooth-numbingly sweet! Hence the 2.5 rating.
