    Very easy. Surprisingly good! I let the batter rest in the fridge for only 20 minutes and it still turned out great. Also freezes well. I defrost them in the toaster for a quick lunch. Used the stalks of the chard for a pickle from the same book and those turned out great too.

    These were delicious and so easy to put together....just a basic pancake batter with some chopped, raw chard folded in. They tasted of the fresh chard and were light but still filling.
