    Very enjoyable! It will be a really quick dish now that I know my seasoning preferences. With my modern microwave, I cooked the meatballs using the recommended time and 80% power. Cooked the sauce according to the directions and added more cornstarch to get my desired consistency. I also needed more salt and added a bit of MSG to the sauce for more savoriness. If you don't want to use the microwave, the meatballs are pretty tender, so the oven or air fryer is probably less frustrating than pan frying.
