    I used 2x 450g tinned beans for this which cuts the preparation time to just 20 minutes. With no overnight soaking required. When using tinned beans 1litre of stock is probably sufficient. I used Larich Dark Roasted Curry powder and 2T of this was a good amount. 1 medium kumara is close to twice the recipe amount, but we enjoyed this balance. Served over rice
