On the original recipe there is some confusion about how the cream is used: the DH team gave this response "our original version of this cake was topped with the whipped cream, but we decided it was delicious enough without it! It seems we didn't omit this from the final recipe, so simple leave it out (unless of course you wish to create a more decadent version topped with cream.)"

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
