    A nice take on tabbouleh, with the lemon zest making this dish quite special - it's not the same without! I usually make this with bulgur and find it needs to be cooled first before mixing everything together - same goes for the broccoli - otherwise the salad tends to get a bit sticky.

    Really good, quick and simple way to use up broccoli (especially if it happens to be past its best). The dressing was delicious too. Perfect for a light and healthy midweek meal.
