Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very good combination of flavours, easy to make, but it is quite time consuming. You need to roast the eggplant, and cook the squash, lentils, onions etc before layering the ingredients and baking in the oven. The recipe says 15 minutes prep time but it takes much longer. Other than that, a really nice dish, very nutritious with great flavour.
