Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very low effort and good results. Definitely check the seasoning at the end I needed a bit if salt but you could add soy. 4 hours is better. At 5 my chicken had dried a touch.

    The family really liked this super simple recipe --made with pantry staples. The vinegar shines through so if that's not your thing this won't be either.
