Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used precooked jasmine rice instead of the store bought ready made stuff mentioned in the note. The rice turned into a mashed paste that isn't ideal. The taste was great and it was very easy. In the future, I would probably just cook the chicken with the onions, etc. and then stir in rice at the very end with the spinach.
