Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A serviceable weeknight dinner stir-fry. Nothing amazing but reasonably quick to make and tasted good. The lime flavor - from zest and juice from one lime - was quite pronounced so add slowly to see how much you want. It looked pretty with the bright green kale, red peppers and pale chicken/noodles.
