    Semolina Bread 110 200g leaven, 750g plus 50g water 80F, 700g semolina flour, 300g ap or bread flour, 75g fennel seeds toasted, 75g sesame seeds toasted, 75g poppy seeds, 20g salt, 200g mixed seeds for coating (sesame, poppy and fennel untoasted) Add seeds after second turn. Roll loaf into topping seeds after final shaping.
