    Golden Raisin, Fennel Seed and Orange Zest Semolina Bread 112 3 c golden raisins soaked in warm water 30 min, 1 1/2 T fennel seeds toasted and crushed, 1 t coriander seeds toasted and crushed, grated zest of 1 valencia orange Add mix-ins after second turn with a bit of raisin water.
