    Tomatoes Provencal 221 2 lb tomatoes halved crosswise, brushed with olive oil and salt, bake at 475 until tops slightly caramelized, 15 min 2 slices country bread processed to fine crumbs with 1 T herbes de provence, zest of 1 lemon, 1/4 c parmesan, 3T olive oil, place on tomato halves, bake 15 min more until crumbs are toasted
