    This dish is yummy! I used extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil for a richer flavor. Also added some chopped fresh basil. Texture is reminiscent of refried beans.

    My daughter loved these. My husband and I thought that while this definitely makes lentils more tasty and interesting, it is not something you would want to eat too often.
