    Can substitute oil for butter, and other dark cabbage for Savoy cabbage.

    I preferred to use chops because they have more meat. The flavours complement very well and I'll definitely want to do this again. Note to self: if using a creamed coconut block, after it's been warmed it will solidify again when it cools! Plan accordingly.
