Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made for Easter dinner, April 20, 2025. Followed instructions for warming up the spiral-cut (fully cooked) ham. Turns out, it contained a spice packet and something else for seasoning the ham, and we used that instead of the cookbook's glaze (we were short on time). We did stud the ham with cloves, as in the recipe. It was good, but we'll do this cookbook's glaze next time -- it may be much better.
