    I’ve made this a bunch of times, it’s super good and disappears at parties. Have used various ports and other wine reductions (maybe balsamic might be good to try)

    Make sure to follow the directions carefully. The processed cheese really needs the addition of cooler butter to turn it into a smooth mixture without breaking.
