Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This had a texture of banana bread. Used roasted pumpkin instead of canned but mostly followed the recipe except reducing sugar to 80% and the sweetness was just right for us. Needed additional 10-15 min baking time. Recipe makes 2 loaves. It is a good overall quick bread recipe for using up pumpkin.
