    I use this dressing for a crunchy Asian salad with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, finely sliced snow peas, spring onions, and herbs such as mint, coriander, etc. and topped with fried Asian shallots and crushed peanuts. I prefer to add the peanuts to the salad instead of the dressing. Just delightful!
