    Very good. Need to make sure my pork isn't too lean next time as they dried out a bit. Good kick of chilli. Used a tin of toms and passata - used more pork than the recipe, probably about 350g and it just made 12 meatballs. I might just be greedy!

    This is my go to meatball recipe. I have never made any other since I discovered this one. Super easy to make and super delicious. The sauce with the addition of fennel is amazing. My husband doesn't like tomato skins so I sometimes part blitz it to make a smoother sauce
