    I had some issues with this recipe, because my custard did not set at the required temperature and baking time. Had to increase temperature by 25 degrees and baked for 40 minutes longer until the custard finally set. But the end result was incredible, an extremly silky and smooth cream which got rave reviews. This is a definite keeper!
