      Easy homemade caramel sauce recipe, although need to watch the sugar caramelize carefully. (It goes from almost-done to burnt very quickly if you get distracted.) Made to accompany this book's Bread pudding recipe.

      Excellent bundt cake with lots of pecans. I did not make the suggested caramel sauce (although it is easy; I've made it before); the cake was sweet enough already. Great way to celebrate National Bundt Cake Day (November 15 in the U.S.)!

      I had some issues with this recipe, because my custard did not set at the required temperature and baking time. Had to increase temperature by 25 degrees and baked for 40 minutes longer until the custard finally set. But the end result was incredible, an extremly silky and smooth cream which got rave reviews. This is a definite keeper!
