Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These healthy burgers were really good, the family really enjoyed them. I used ground chicken but pork would be just as tasty. The recipe suggests pork or beef but I don't think beef would be right with the spices and flavouring. Other than that I followed the recipe, my 9yr old handled the chili well ( I used 1 red finger chili ). The pineapple salsa is really worthwhile, takes 2 mins. The whole dish took 20 minutes to make, perfect for midweek dinners.
