Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Pretty good. Agreed that it could use some veg. I had it with the tomato salad from the same cookbook. I had a bunch of chicken bones in the freezer so I followed the stock recipe, but did them for 30 min in the Instant pot. The fresh chicken broth was excellent and made this so much better than I suspect bouillon powder would have done.

    Good and a pretty easy weeknight meal. Used brown rice ramen noodles. Next time I'd add some veg like spinach, bok choy, or shiitake.
