Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I’ve never made shredded Brussels sprouts before but we really enjoyed these. Nice agrodolce flavours from the cranberries and vinegar and pretty easy to pull together. Just don’t expect the richness of a caponata. Update: I had the leftovers as part of my salad the next day and added a touch of balsamic, which took it to next level even though it was cold. Might try a 50/50 balsamic and red wine vinegar mix next time.
