    A nice weeknight supper dish; should really use this as a template to try out more frittatas. I didn't have frozen peas and used a regular broccoli (not a tenderstem type). The garlic-flavoured ricotta adds a nice kick; also added some oily sun-dried tomatoes and grated parmesan on top.
