    This was an easy weeknight meal. I added a diced jalapeño and a little more panko to the fritters. I dredged the chicken in flour before sauteeing. Will make again

    This was good. I struggled with the zucchini fritters, need to make them thicker, they fall apart. Would repeat. Not a really pretty dish…
