    I added a pinch of salt and used 1/2 cup toasted pecans and 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. I meant to use the #50 scoop but I accidently used my #30 scoop so I only got 13 cookies from the batch. I used egg whites from my freezer and my stand mixer easily whipped up just two egg whites, which surprised me. These were good and a great use for the egg white in the freezer. They are also an easy way to get a quick chocolate fix!
