Chia seed pudding from Food Network Magazine, Jan/Feb 2014 (page 41) by Giada De Laurentiis

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I agree with another reviewer that this was the lightest/freshest tasting chia pudding that I have made.

This is really good! I had a bowl of already “expanded” chia seeds so I was happy to find this quick and easy recipe. I doubled the chia seeds but I would have followed the recipe exactly if they were dry. Thanks for a satisfying lunch, Giada!

By far the best chia pudding recipe I have tried. Not too rich (as most coconut milk recipes are), the almond milk and yoghurt is the perfect balance of lightness and consistency.
