  • Chia seed pudding

By far the best chia pudding recipe I have tried. Not too rich (as most coconut milk recipes are), the almond milk and yoghurt is the perfect balance of lightness and consistency.

This is really good! I had a bowl of already “expanded” chia seeds so I was happy to find this quick and easy recipe. I doubled the chia seeds but I would have followed the recipe exactly if they were dry. Thanks for a satisfying lunch, Giada!

I agree with another reviewer that this was the lightest/freshest tasting chia pudding that I have made.

  • Pan-seared Spanish steaks

    • GiselleMarie on February 10, 2020

This was good but not great. Even though the recipe calls for generously sprinkling the steaks with salt and pepper, I wasn’t generous enough so they weren’t as flavorful as I expected. Also, my parents called twice with news about an ill family member, interrupting my cooking. I turned off the flame under the steaks mid-sear, which wasn’t ideal. I will try this again because it was easy. My husband really liked it.
