    Just what I expected and very satisfying. I used all the ingredients and only change I made was I added more water to the tempura batter as it was too thick. Next time I would break the maetake mushrooms (hen of the wood) smaller ie about 1 inch segments to prevent sogginess. The tempura sauce was more on the less sweet side. Photo uploaded.
