    We really enjoyed this simple stew! I didn't have spicy tempeh, so I improvised and added fennel seeds, smoked paprika and thyme, and white wine to the sauté . I used half a package 5-grain tempeh and some Italian tofurky sausage sizzled up with garlic, anise seeds, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, Tamari and a little agave. Added this at the end. Served with wild rice pilaf and kale. Yum!
