  • Minted garlic tortilla soup

    • jaelsne on August 19, 2021

We enjoyed this soup, but doctored it a little. I found it bland after making as directed. However, adding a dash of garlic oil and a dash of chili crunch made the recipe rock!

  • Herbed lentil, rice and vegetable soup

    • MelMM on November 12, 2017

This is a recipe I've repeated several times. I often vary the vegetables depending upon what I have on hand, and I play around with the mix of herbs as well. The timing on this recipe is perfect to get the lentils and rice tender without being mushy.

  • Buckwheat "risotto" with mushrooms and greens

    • happyeater on January 13, 2016

Be aware that it should be 1 1/2 c buckwheat grouts, not 1/2 c.

  • Lentil soup with a citrus splash

    • AnitaNgaire on July 04, 2015

Not as thick as I prefer lentil soups. Next time I'll pressure cook with only 4cups of stock and then thin it down after of necessary.

  • Lemony lentil and potato chowder

    • Mumpkinator on January 25, 2016

We enjoyed this soup! added extra lemon juice and ate our greens on the side.

  • Garlicky tempeh and vegetable stew

    • Mumpkinator on March 04, 2014

We really enjoyed this simple stew! I didn't have spicy tempeh, so I improvised and added fennel seeds, smoked paprika and thyme, and white wine to the sauté . I used half a package 5-grain tempeh and some Italian tofurky sausage sizzled up with garlic, anise seeds, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, Tamari and a little agave. Added this at the end. Served with wild rice pilaf and kale. Yum!

  • Curried cauliflower soup

    • GatorUA on September 10, 2014

Delicious! Takes no time at all using the Instant Pot.
