    Easy, good. Surprisingly light for a risotto. Would be a good one if you haven't cooked risotto before. Cooked this to show my son how easy risotto is, since it's always his request when he comes home. I personally need to go lighter on the Dill as it so easily overpowers. No asparagus as son not a fan!
