Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a very simple recipe, but pulling it out of the oven at 155F, per the recipe, resulted in DRY turkey breast (recipe head notes say this is a great way to make sure you get moist white meat :/). Final temp was over 170F. I’d try this again, but pull it out of the oven at 145F. I think it’s assuming you are cutting into it pretty immediately to keep the temp from rising so high and drying things out, but I was cooking ahead to slice up (a few hours later) for sandwiches.
