    These brownies are still the only dessert/sweet I make on a regular basis - they're so easy and so good. I subbed in gluten free flour last time and they still worked beautifully.

    I've never tried the accompanying ice cream, but I've made the brownies around ten times and they always get great feedback. (One pal called them 'crack brownies' because of how addictive they are.) The recipe is very straightforward and the results are always delicious, plus they keep for a good few days so can be made in advance. If you can't find Rolos, chopped Munchies or Mars Bars also work well.
