    I have been cooking this tri-tip recipe for years and it’s still my go to. It comes out perfect every time with a nice spicy crisp exterior and medium rare interior. I have never made the salsa, though. Just accompany it with King City Pink Beans cooked like my Mom makes them and good sourdough bread.
