    This is a really nice and fresh-tasting salad. I added 2 extra tablespoons of peanuts and used red onion instead of white, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Garlicky, with just the right balance of salty and sour. My OH rated it 5 stars and said he could eat this everyday!
