    This worked well for me even though I subbed kefir for yoghurt and half the wholemeal for rye. Bread had a lovely even crumb and tasted good - though not tangy (maybe down to my kefir sub).

    Didn't work for me. Too little yeast - wouldn't rise. The flour proportions seemed odd as well, but that might be a conversion error (US edition). Taste was good, nutty and tangy, but needs some serious work.
