    Yum! So fresh and delicious. Marinating time is listed as 1-4 hours: I did 6 hours but only added lime juice for the final hour so the acidity wouldn't affect the texture. For the salad I left out the mizuna and Chinese rose radish and added some crispy salad leaves instead (DH suggests watercress as a substitute for mizuna). I used crushed ginger instead of ginger syrup but still found the salad dressing a little too sweet, so I'd cut back on the sugar next time. I didn't bother with skewers and served with brown rice as suggested which worked well. When my partner took leftovers for lunch he got asked for the recipe!
