    Very easy, lovely breakfast with an egg on top. Tomatoes cooked very quickly in the air fryer (just over 20 mins). Harissa well worth adding. We wilted the spinach because ours was tired and it worked well.

    Roasting (even mediocre) roma tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and harissa transformed them into something utterly delicious; they were the highlight of the sandwich.
