    The website doesn’t seem to have that smoothie but here is another from the same website: 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) orange juice 1 ripe medium Hass avocado (about 6 ounces; 170 g) 1 1/2 cups frozen mango (about 8 ounces; 227 g) 1 large ripe banana (about 6 ounces; 170 g) 1 packed cup (40 g) baby spinach, washed well of any sand or grit

    This was a good flavor, but makes a VERY thick smoothie. I doubled the liquid used (vanilla unsweetened almond milk) and it was still too thick. I think you can reduce the fruit here and be just fine.
