    A bit labor intensive with all the chopping, but I managed to chop while also sautéing so the total timing was right. Reducing the wine took longer than stated and I thought it needed a little over 1 hour simmer at the end. The picky teenager loved it, the meat-loving teenager not so enthusiastic. I found it quite tasty with a bit of parmesan on top.
