Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The best thing about this was that the chicken stayed wonderfully moist. I cut each breast into about three strips to give nice chunky pieces. However, I found the overall taste overwhelmingly orangey and a bit sickly. Not sure if this is just my personal taste or not, but if I made it again I'd use a lot less orange juice/zest than directed.
