Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I just made the grits portion of this recipe (I used the Lee Bros. recipe for the shrimp part). I used Anson Mills Yellow Quick Grits - Antebellum Medium. I added 2 oz of cream cheese in addition to cheddar cheese (I used Tillamook medium cheddar). These were really good but did get quite thick. But delicious with the shrimp and tomato sauce.
