    Always on the lookout for a different kale salad. Lots of flavour and easy enough. For next time I'll scale down the amount of oil to perhaps 3 Tbps. My sun-dried tomatoes were packed in oil so that added quite a bit of oil even though I tried to dry them off. My chickpeas came out more roasted than the recipe intended so next time I will check after 45 minutes. Possibly mine were on the smaller side so maybe they roasted quicker. All in all, a nice recipe that I may very well make again.
