    Can substitute whole eggs for egg whites; regular breadcrumbs or gluten-free panko breadcrumbs for panko breadcrumbs; tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or ketchup for the homemade lemon caper sauce called for in this recipe; and dill, tarragon, or parsley for chives.

    The paprika/ Dijon mustard egg wash followed by the panko bread crumbs creates a tasty crunchy crust on the fish (I used cod fillets sliced In half vertically). My Husband liked the sauce better than I did. It was mild in taste with a slight hint of lemon. I made two dipping sauces and personally liked the other one better (from Food 52 - noted separately). Treatment of fish is worth repeating.
